  I had my first order 2 days ago and i received confirmation email after i kept on sending them messages. I registered to their website thrice and i didnt received any email confirmation. Now im still waiting for their response to when am i going to be notified about the delivery and for the tracking number. It says in your website that delivery will be 2-3 days from date of ordered. If youre receiving loads of messages and having a hard time answering back maybe its time to increase your manpower. Your customers are waiting and of course this involves money which you should expect that people will be expecting a better response or service. From philippines.
