  Had a ring cleaned and polished here. Not only did they take a full week to do this 10 minute job, the ring was still encrusted with dirt when I got it back. I could do a better job at home with an old toothbrush. Will never use again.

  I've been going to Abraham & Sons for years. Even when there was two other jewellers in Yate to choose from, the service from A&S has always been excellent and there was no reason to go elsewhere. I value customer satisfaction over price, so even where they may be slightly more expensive, I know that if I have any post-sale issues, it'll be sorted with no fuss. Even the small things like watch strap adjustments and battery replacements, I'll use them as I like to support small independent business as opposed to chains like H Samuels and F Hinds.
